WHAT I DO
Energetic, flexible and focussed strength and fitness classes, bespoke group training and one to one sessions in English.
I travel with my cargo bike full of gym kit (weights, resistance bands, boxing kit, TRX etc) so the gym comes to you - whether you join a group class at the beach or in a park or something more bespoke and at a location that suits you. We can also include the sea and work on the beach.

BESPOKE GROUP CLASSES or ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
This is for people who want to workout alone or workout with a small group of friends, colleagues or family. You find a time that suits you and we work together to build a programme that suits your needs. I can travel in and around Biarritz for this.
ONLINE PROGRAMMES
Get your workouts online - whether you have dumb bells at home or access to a gym you will get a workout tailored to you, including a nutrition plan and menu planning. Looking at progression over time, it keeps us both accountable.
WOMEN - working to our cycle, I will tailor your plan to ensure it aligns to our hormonal changes whether you are pre/post natal or peri/menopausal. Helping you manage your exercise plan and your day to day planning as well. Our hormones change all of the time with age so let me help you navigate this.
A BIT ABOUT ME
I love what I do. I want to make exercise and fitness accessible and create an environment that is fun, focused and fit for my clients. From creating safe spaces to share challenges and aspirations; to targeted, intense and challenging sessions. My job is to support and help clients achieve their goals and help them feel better inside and out.

I am a level 3 Personal Trainer with specialist training in Pre and Post Natal fitness and nutrition.
Pre and Post Natal background: My own pregnancy made me realise the need for dedicated support. I want to help Mums keep strong, get strong and build fitness that is safe from bump to baby.
​
I work with a wide variety of clients with different levels of fitness and goals whether it is to become more active, get fit, build confidence, do a press up, pull up, learn to paddle board - you name it, we can do it. The group classes are in nature, over looking the sea, a lake or in a park so we can enjoy the surroundings and feel inspired by what is around us.
